MG ZS EV Shipping Updates

I believe Vanarama uses Greenhous fleet. Has anyone waiting on Vanarama got in touch with Greenhous for any updates as being the actual dealers?

I have a build number.....what do I do? Could it be at sea, even as we write? This might just stop me cancelling my order....cause I am so fed up with this....
Sit tight. Once I had a build number it was a couple of weeks before I was told my car was at sea and about 6 weeks later it was delivered.

Yes posted a couple of times in this thread. They gave me the order number so I could contact MG direct. MG got back with the standard email. Also said my Nov order wasn't placed on their system until Jan. Greenhous sent me a screen shot of the order placed on the system in Nov. I am waiting for an explanation from MG regarding this discrepancy.

Brilliant, I will contact them as well and check the progress 👍

If it's the 10-digit reference from MG's central ordering system, you can try emailing that to them at: [email protected] since that's where we've received responses from before.

Keep in mind though, that lately they've been adding a note on their replies to say that the mailbox isn't monitored (which is dumb because they use it in their signatures), and to therefore submit your request at: Contact Us

My car is still doing it's best impression of lego pieces, but hopefully you receive better news.

Just read your message again. Please advise if you have been given a build number from SAIC production line or your order number from MG UK. If it starts with 30000 then it is simply your order number from MG UK which is allocated when your dealer places the order.

I only ordered in April (Blue LR Trophy) so have not been waiting anything like as long as a lot of people on here. Whilst all manufacturers are affected by long lead times the lack of any information and the completely random allocation of cars is rapidly making me lose all confidence in MG and their ability to run even a mildly efficient operation. With that in mind I am seriously considering placing an order for a car with another manufacturer but hedging my bets and keeping my order with MG in place.

It’s a waste of time.

Highly doubtful you will see the car this year on current turn around.

Out of interest… which dealer is it? Colour and spec? You’re quite close to me…so hoping my dealer hasn’t done what I think they may have done…
Cinderford MG. It's a White Trophy LR. When I ordered it I was told they had been informed by MG that day that it was to be delivered to them before the end of the month. It actually arrived last week.

That’s my dealer too….maybe mine is in - I doubt it! But here’s hoping!!

For you maybe. At least I know one way or another, since I don't get dealer updates.

Now whether their actual system is current is a different matter. Seems like only China knows what's really going on.

Which doesn't help at all!

The only real information is:

TBA

Cape Town highway has just entered the Bristol Channel due to dock tonight. I've been told that my ZS ordered in November should be on-board. we shall see!
