Yeah, that’s always a strange feeling, though it makes it easy to coast when you take your foot off the accelerator pedal. I tend to find the regen braking comes back around the 97% mark, how about you, Rolfe?

I think you may be right. I’m only doing the 100% charge once a month and as I don’t do many long journeys, 80% is just fine for my daily needs.

Interesting, so it’s perfectly normal for this to happen. I’m glad I didn’t decide to disconnect the Zappi as for about five minutes the car wasn’t drawing any power and then I noticed the trickle starting up again and it was like that for the next two hours.

I’ve only noticed it once, but I’d been sat at a junction for a good while with Autohold engaged and I noticed the car putting on the parking brake automatically. Have you ever seen this happen?

I’m hoping an update can fix this issue for you. I also do a lot of driving on such roads and thoroughly enjoy them in the MG4, as should everyone be able to.

It’s interesting that you would post this article as I just heard about this recently. Having such a capability would be extremely handy, though I’d still want a smaller home battery for powering the house when at work or away on holiday.

I still prefer unlocking and locking with the key, rather than using the buttons on the door handles. I’ve never used that feature.

I’ve had mine for a few months and they still do the job. They had good reviews and seemed dependable. But yeah, for use at home the box is a good idea. I like the pouch as it fits into a pocket.

That’s been my experience as well. It might be worth asking your dealer to make sure you have had the update applied as Siteguru has mentioned.
