Yeah, don’t get me wrong, I do avoid any public chargers in the UK as they are extortionate - £0.79 for 50Kw chargers. It is a rarity to see more powerful chargers than 50Kw. But when you are travelling you only care that the charger is there and working.

Yes , it did. (you need to install IONITY app) but at least it worked. Some of the chargers are workign through Shell app. I just got an update on ELECTRA app - it is now working in english and does allow registration for UK phone number.

Hi Guys, a bit of an update with pictures. :) Flap was changed at extensional prices for labour to take bumper off and put it back on. I have a whole unit on me and plastic is just crap, very brittle. There are multiple failure points exist even if you would increase the strength of the flap...

I will ask the dealer to return me the broken bits and see how those can be fixed/improved. Will post pictures.

I'm actually now a bit worried leaving the car in the public car chargers, knowing how flimsy it is, it is mostly hollow on the hinge part.... and the plastic is not soft/flexible but really hard and brittle , so I can see this becoming a problem.

It is technically possible to plastic solder it..... but still need to take bumper off :(
