Cancelled our order. Perry's (dealer) are saying its looking like anything ordered after/during July 22 is at risk. Gone with a Cupra Born V1 instead, being delivered before April :D

What does "not prioritising the building of MG ZS EVs" actually mean? As in they aren't going to fulfill orders? Or keep delaying after delaying... If this is the method MG choose to produce cars than you can be sure I am not going to change my order for another of their models

Sent an email to the dealer (Perry's) today querying the price protection; they say I'm fine as my order was before 1st Dec 2022. So hopefully this will put some minds at ease (as it did me!) :)

Just lick the end of the cable when it's energised. It will be fine. (don't do this)

Surely if the car isn't functioning as advertised the fleet hire company will take the car back without penalty after trying to fix it? It's pretty standard practice. I ordered mine as a company car for the same reason you did (cheapest by a long way!) and I'd be kicking-off with the fleet...

Hi all. Only ordered my LRT in Silver late August 2022.... delivery scheduled for early July 2023. It's a work fleet hire but the dealer is Perry's Got to make my Kio Rio diesel last until then, but by the way things are sounding in this thread it may be longer :(
