Bear in mind that unless you have specifically complained/asked for an infotainment update ad that has been sent on to MG, it's pretty unlikely they'll update it, as it will not show as an update available on the MG server that the dealer connects to. Unfortunately it's not a case of updates...

Can't solve your issue, but I've never set up scheduled charging on the car/app, and always just let the charger (Wallbox) schedule handle when it charges, and it has always worked.
