10.4 kW is what I get from an 11 kW Ac charger too, and same charge rate. I'd assume it was down to losses.

My SOH seems to be dropping quickly. It's had one DC fast charge (early on in life) and one 11kW AC charge (for about 30% battery topup) yet, at 6000 km, it's showing 98.23% 2022 facelift standard range, measured with the eZS app. We commute in the car mostly, charge up to 100% every few days...
