According to the Tesla app there is now one open to all at Leeds and I can confirm that is the case as I used it yesterday as we were heading to Crown Point retail park which isn’t far away from these. I used the app and everything worked perfectly and as we were before 10am it worked out at 43p...
My car is going in for its first service in June. When I booked it in I was told by the service department that there is a recall for software updates. BCM, FDR and EVCU. I have also mentioned to them about the Keep Lane assist and I have had some recent incidents of centre display black...
I usually set the MG app to 80% which is classed as health mode.
Then for example if the car is sat at 20% state of charge I would set the Octopus app to add 60% and be ready by 6am and let Octopus set what the charging schedule. Only deviation to that is when doing a long trip or balancing...
It was a bit temperamental yesterday afternoon but eventually got in and did it. I think initially things were caught up in the immediate rush. Once in it was easy enough.
I have gone on the website and done the Stripe payment method. Found some questions and answers section on the site about the new payment method. It’s looking like you will still be able to use the RFID card but it will charge your bank card immediately instead of paying by direct debit.

Do you know if the Charge Place Scotland card that I was flashing at the charger will still be working?
Yes that’s what I am getting but you can never be too careful with all the scams about
Not quite sure what is involved as I have a charge place Scotland card linked to a direct debit with my current account?
Not sure if this means my direct debit is no longer valid
Anyone else received an email about Charge Place Scotland changing their payment method and you have to log in and confirm your payment method by the 15 April?
I charged a few times in the rain over Christmas. The hotel we stayed at whilst we were there had some 7kw chargers free to use for hotel guests. So we took advantage and kept topping the car up even though it was raining no problem and I am still here to tell the tale lol
I watch a utube channel called Dave Takes it on and he has mentioned that one I think. Not all Tesla chargers are open to non Tesla so maybe they didn’t know that these are open to all.
Let us know how you go on particularly with the Tesla chargers. I have the Tesla app but I haven’t used it yet but I have noticed that it has now changed from saying charge your non Tesla now to saying charge your EV. If you can detail the procedure you go through then that would be helpful as I...
