The Tesla App has changed. As I understand it, unless you have declared a Tesla car (or product?) then the map will show you only those chargers open to non-Tesla EVs.

You could try resetting the system by disconnecting the battery, waiting 10? minutes then reconnecting. You will need to go through the the steering wheel and the windows set up routine. Please search the forum for that info.
