Late January our place had I think 4 days in a row of around 40°C max (and didn't get below 20°C at night), and the MG4 air-con handled it great.

Yeah that’s the part most people are missing, plus also the number of fake ones that are on the market. After realising the system needed to be ‘Ready’ I went back and tested heaps of cables and I’m yet to find a cable that doesn’t work out of Anko, Belkin, Cygnett, Apple brand. All perfect.

Well, we could ask MG but it’s impossible to contact them. They just send enquiries back to the dealer, or take details for “a team member to get in touch” … and then never make contact. Maybe your “media contact” could point people in the right direction next time you are in touch with them?
