Get the latest AEB update applied by your dealer. Mine did it last week under warranty and it's a different car. The pulling on the wheel and the constant beeps have gone away now.

ZS EV Reverse Engineering CAN and OBD Spreadsheets

If you're plugging into the OBD port the gateway module is probably filtering your data. If you want full access you probably need to rig up a connection to the main bus at another point.

I've used mine everywhere from Mornington and Box Hill to Albury, Wagga and Yass. Always works fine.

    MG4 Software Update Thread

Interesting. I saw some strings that say it should turn off if the car starts moving, otherwise a restart should get rid of it.

Can someone try typing #*#0112*#* on the phone keypad. We all know about 4479 from the manual, but this popped up in the code and i'm keen to see if it does anything

In my car it's 5km jumps on each tap, but you can hold the knob for 1km increments.

    MG4 Software Update Thread

Well it's been an interesting evening.. Time for bed i'm afraid. To be clear, I wouldn't advise anyone try and install this file on their car, let alone modify it and install it. Theoretically, there are checks to prevent it being installed where it shouldn't be or if it's modified. But even...

Possibly, although the launcher seems to be very custom so I doubt the normal Android methods will apply.

Once you've unpacked the payload.bin file, it's older but Ext2Read handles those image files fine. https://sourceforge.net/projects/ext2read/

Anyone used to playing with Android Phone firmwares will find this very very familiar. How long before someone changes their boot screen?

    MG4 in Australia

I was going in the other direction at that point. I just needed a couple of percent to make sure I got to the Yass supercharger. It was easier to wait than go all the way through Goulburn to the Chargefox on the other side of town and then come all the way back through.

    MG4 in Australia

ABRP told me that was enough, plus I had to get to Sydney by the end of the day for other reasons. Basically, I didn't want to waste any more time than I had to. That dictated how long I charged at a lot of places. It also pissed me off when I had to wait for someone who insisted on getting...

    MG4 in Australia

Well I'm back in Melbourne now after the trip to Sydney. Ended up doing around 2000km over 4 days. 14 charging stops in all. In my Prius C I've done each way in a day, with the Excite 51 I split it with a stop at Albury on the way up and Wagga on the way back. On the way up I went from...

I've just done Melbourne - Sydney in my 51. Worked really well but running along at 110 km/h has you pretty much going charger to charger. I nearly got caught out at Avenel with the Evie station being out of order, but luckily just made it to Euroa. After that I was being a lot more cautious...

How old is the infotainment processor ?

I can't find the actual date, but that's probably pretty close. The system is based on the Mediatek MT2712 https://www.mediatek.com/blog/mt2712-infotainment-for-automotive https://www.mediatek.com/products/ivi/mt2712

MG4 infotainment screen only shows MG

Like Kithmo said, hold the home button for 15 seconds. That will reboot the infotainment system. Don't freak out when the car throws a few errors during the reboot, they clear right after.
