Indeed it has been quite mild considering the time of year.
It took around half an hour to balance on my first charge but every time since it's only been about 5-10 minutes. So far I've always charged to 100% (on my 7kW home charger).
Yes I saw exactly that behavior for the first time when I charged on Sunday. I thought it unusual so I took a screenshot. The charge actually finished at 1535 (I heard the relay clunk!)
Yes I have thought that. One night I had a situation where the interior light wouldn't go out. It took me a moment to realize it was only a door not closed properly but I did spend a second or two pressing everything I could find around that area :D

Had mine 4 months now. Only ever charged at home on an AC 7kW charger. I always charge to 100% and let it balance. Haven't yet managed to run it down to under 10% yet but I intend to do so as soon as possible. (Also intend to try a DC charger ASAP to make sure it works before I need it!).
It's just my normal driving style, driving to the speed limit where possible, not using heavy acceleration and using regen rather than brakes to slow down where possible
Indeed, it's the surprise element that I find most annoying. Especially when it kicks in when you're concentrating on trying to avoid something in the road.

IME "renewal" prices are ALWAYS over inflated. I'm always straight onto the comparison sites for a reasonable quote. Usually end up switching but occasionally a little haggling with the existing provider can yield a good result.
If you're on your computer/laptop which has the picture on you can just press CTRL-P when typing a reply and a box will appear where you can drag the image or click to use a file explorer to find it.
Isn't there a setting somewhere where the radio can interrupt when traffic reports are given? I haven't used that for a long time (now we have Google/Apple maps etc.) but I remember that sometimes used to interrupt at odd times and occasionally didn't "switch off".
