Short press = Car Voice Long Press = Phone Voice. Saying “Hey MG” or “Hello MG” negates the need to press the button for Car Voice, as does “Hey Siri” or “Hey Google” for the phone.

There is an optional subscription, but works fine without it. You lose the live traffic without a subscription.

Just driven by my MG dealer in Cinderford. They have obviously had a delivery of several MG ZS EVs. Lots in the car park. Not sure what type they are, or even if they are already sold.

Sorry - I get confused at my old age :-( The new ZS EV has the App. Neither the SR or the LR versions of the MG5 in the UK have App support.

If you sit in the car without it plugged into a charger and want the aircon on, or even the radio, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you fully power up the car into the READY state. Failure to do so will quickly drain the 12V battery and require the AA.
