This is what appears on screen when I touch the little ''i'' next to Intelligent Battery Heating. Like others I wouldn't bother with it.

Open the Lighting tab on the Infotainment screen. Check to see if Follow Me Home is switched on.

I had an Ohme ePod wall charger fitted which is untethered. I then bought a 5M Type 2 cable which I use on the charger and also whenever I need to use it elsewhere on my travels.

Granny lead only. Try Amazon or Ebay for Type 2. They're from about £90 for a 5m cable.

I've had no problem with Intelligent Octopus Go and Ohme charger.

But the instructions are spot on.

Sorry, forgot you had a Home Pro. I've got the ePod and it's on that.

You can pause charge from the Ohme app. To stop the charge you have to press the button on the wall charger.

I'm on Intelligent Octopus Go, and yes very happy with it. Works great with my Ohme iPod. If you follow the link I sent everything should work fine. Have you actually switched tariffs from Flexible Octopus to IOG, as it won't do this automatically. When I did it the switch happened very quickly...
