I get the exact same error message and no matter what I do, I still can't fix it! Maybe I'll get in touch with Gary Smart or whoever the aftersales person is in my local area... I guess. What was the info that they sent? Are you able to share?

I tried it but sadly, still nothing. I can't get this app to bind no matter what I do! It may be a case of going to the dealership

Hello all, just got my Trophy delivered and it's awesome so far BUT I can't seem to be able to bind the app to the car. I have registered (after a few tries!) with MG and can log on to the app, I can also see the second QR code I need to scan. I then add the 4-digit code twice and...
