All updates may have been done, but they have to be done in a certain order. On our MK1 we had the comfort 2 installed but not the updated EVCC. They installed that at my request, which 'broke' some of the comfort 2 settings because it was not installed in the correct order.

I purchased our ZS from Basildon. I would not go back for the service after they really muck up a software install. Try what @MG steve said above, disconnecting the 12v battery for a while. If that does not fix it, try Perkins of Rayne. Took it there for 3 services and 1 mot before we sold it.
