@mj224 What was you voltage before having the update. If your voltage was 450 - 455 before the update then you shouldn't be having any problems maintaining about 449-450 after the update and it shouldn't require multiple charges for that to happen. Are you sure they haven't mistakenly applied...

OK that is interesting. But all the same does not read right. If balancing is working correctly then what ever measurement you use should read soh = soc = 100% If it doesn't then battery is downgrading or the measurement is wrong or balancing did not work.

OK, that is understandable. I guess one may need a regular fast charger rather than a rapid charger for full balancing so sounds OK.
