Probably same arrangement that Tesla have done - i.e. supply the charger free and installation & running costs to be borne by the business.

Type 2 public charging stations generally supply 3phases 32A, and it is the 32A you should focus on.
A single phase Type 2 cable has 3x6mm² conductors connected to Live, Neutral and Earth respectively.

You are correct, the MG has a 7kW single phase onboard charger, so a 7kW (32A) Type 2 cable is perfect and works equally well at Type2 32A single phase or Type2 32A 3phase charging outlets.
