I asked in my dealers the first time one broke and they just gave it to me, second time I just ordered 20 for £4.99 on Amazon Prime, arrived next day. Had no others break since I got them lol.

Totally agree with you on that one. Although the Mk2 ZS is far better than the Mk1 in so many ways apart from the rear reversing lights/camera. We have got both models so we did a side by side test rather than from memory.

I think the UK ZS uplift is only single phase.

The rear camera on my mk1 is a lot better and clearer than on my wifes Trophy, cannot understand why they improved the standard of everything else and then set up the rear camera to be worse.

You have probably checked but I will say it anyway just in case. Another person on here had the same problem and it was just that he was not pushing the rubber socket covers fully in and they were stopping the door from closing enough for the latch to engage, worth a try.

Before I got my home charger I used the rapid charger to get to about 85% and then went to Tesco for the last 15%. I found that the 3 hour parking limit was more than enouggh to do the last 15% and balance the battery. It doesn't take very long if you balance the battery on a regular basis.
