Podpoint only working when WIFI off

Well the trial looks like a success. Unplugged the extenders and tried to charge and was successfully still charging an hour later. Now to finish working out how setup the home network again, this time without the extender.

Podpoint only working when WIFI off

Thanks for this thread. My pod-point was installed on Tuesday. Plugged it in at 20% and went to bed, got up in the morning expecting a full and balanced car but found only 21%! Since then, I have tried plugging it in several times and it has charged for 5 to 15 minutes then just goes into the...

Ok, they must have pulled it after I downloaded it.

ChargePlace Scotland now operated by Swarco?

While they keep saying that the app is not yet available, I have downloaded it and it looks functional. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.chargeplacescotland.chargeplacescotlandapp I am able to log in and it gives the option to "start charge". I just haven't actually tried yet.

    SWARCO - charging in Scotland

My CPS card hasn't arrived yet. Perhaps it is worth taking a chance without the card. "Sorry my card isn't working*" * Until it arrives in the post Edit: interesting it still shows 25p/kWh for falkirk stadium chargers on the (new) website.

    Bad day/good day

It has been a busy week, but on the old car was fixed on Monday. £60 for the garage to re-attach the fuel line to the fuel filter. The mechanic was confused as to how it came apart, but assures me it is going nowhere now. Just need to make some time to sell it now.

    SWARCO - charging in Scotland

I wouldn't expect the physical units to improve with the changeover. From the information page on ChargePlace Scotland (my bold in the paragraph) As a result, if the councils and other hosts aren't fixing them already, I doubt this agreement will change much.

    Bad day/good day

I have been waiting patently for the last month on getting my EST loan sorted out to buy a new MG5. Everything was approved and I got the confirmation on Wednesday that the money had been sent, so I was looking forward to picking up my new car next week. Then this morning on the way to work...

    Scottish members- where are you?

I wouldn't worry. For some reason my reply got held up requiring moderation (my other posts have not). Perhaps it was too long for a newbie. It has certainly been a frustrating wait for the EST stuff. Though, it has given me plenty of time to read up on all the problems others have come across...

How old are you? Quick poll

I would argue that they are less likely to be able to afford the premium of an electric car (as well as increasingly not bothering with cars at all).

    Scottish members- where are you?

I will not have my MG by then (still waiting on EST paperwork) but considering I live within 3 miles of the Falkirk hub, I was intending popping down on my current EV (it is a bike). I am reluctant to make my way as far as Stirling until I have my new EV (I don't want to have to put any more...
