I had this and rang the dealer and was told, it's a known issue, just bring it in and they will clean the breaks and apply a treatment. Did so, now no problem, apparently it's a coating not removed in manufacturing.

Same with me, only a very small amount of external air without air con on, turning up fan only makes air turn on. I ended up buying window shields/weather guards and opening the window a crack.
