You should also replace both plug covers in order - the bottom oblong one first then the round one as the edges overlap. I always remove both even though I may not be using the CCS type plug.

Personally I’d go for it, but I bought a NoCo booster HD - bigger and more expensive but does the job. The good thing about this is the battery chemistry - LiFePO4 pretty good for the price.
