MG ZS Mk II Tesla Charging Software update

Same app. Works exactly the same. If you don't have a registered Tesla, it just shows the ones you can use. Many more opened Superchargers in France too.

MG ZS Mk II Tesla Charging Software update

You are all set. I used them pretty much exclusively in my summer trip to France last year. Cheapest, and easiest to use.

MG ZS Mk II Tesla Charging Software update

Wrong way? What I stated is correct. It's a fault. They failed to write the software originally to match the protocol. My point is, MG were having you think this was an "upgrade" - as if it was enhanced functionality. You don't get to call your bugs that. You fix them.

    ZS EV 2024 facelift?

Yes they all have that. None have reach.

    ZS EV 2024 facelift?

For reach as well as height? Or just height?

MG ZS Mk II Tesla Charging Software update

The reverse should be true. Apparently, a letter was sent to dealers making it clear it shouldn’t be charged for. Like I have said many times on this issue: It is a fault. MG messed up in their implementation. When you go to the dealer, don’t talk about updates, talk about the fault you want...

ZS EV and those hand car washes with pressure washers

The reason you shouldn’t use hand car washes should be because virtually none of them can exist without minimum wage violations. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/dec/26/more-than-90-of-hand-carwashes-in-uk-employing-workers-illegally-study-finds Stay away

    Balance charging

No to the questions on going to zero and BMS confusion. You should get a dedicated charger for safety and convenience though.

    In Praise of the ZS

At 5% you still should have had some drive in turtle mode. Something wasn't right here.

Sudden loss of range from 25% SoC in ZS Excite

If I was admin, I would delete this thread completely. The details are off, the OP has posted just this message to the forum and has not answered follow up questions. It smells badly of another attempt to spread EV FUD.

    Soh after 20k miles

As somebody who owns an SR LFP car I don't disagree with any of this. I just don't see many people buying it for the LFP chemistry given MG make zero mention of it. Only those really digging into the details will know the difference. Which probably is a small percentage of buyers. Most buyers...

    Soh after 20k miles

Even though it's the lower capacity, lower range version?

    Would, but haven't?

    Not so bad after all!!!

Those bungs on the mark 1 should be tethered, should they not? It's definitely an improvement for them to be on hinges on the facelift.

    Soh after 20k miles

Yes, I doubt there are many buying the LFP version for it being LFP. It's price and not needing the extra range.

    Soh after 20k miles

    Do you rapid charge much?

    Soh after 20k miles

Cycles are specifically mentioned - which is what you are talking about with number of times charged.

    Which at home charger?

    Of course.
