Hopefully you won't have cancel like I did ..I wouldn't mind but it only got it's 2nd service the month before..and I asked them, but the "technical team" was off
I had it booked in at the beginning of the month, unfortunately, I really needed the car that day, so I rang the previous day and passed a message to the engineer to ask whether this was an anomaly that has come up before. ...no answer... I just wanted to know that if I left it at the service...
Doesn't work for me since I had a firmware update last year..it switches on then goes off within 5 secs ... I'm hoping to get it fixed for this winter, as my charge rate dropped to about 30kW from 90... Doesn't make for a quick stop when you're doing long journeys...
Looks like I'm stuck with it presently, can't afford the time to get it back for the dealer to sort out..luckily the weather is getting warmer, so I will leave it until it's second year service , and pester them then ..
Nope...that's the point..it won't turn on..keeps reverting to off..whether plugged in or not..I think they broke it when they updated my KERs firmware. Worked fine last winter..
I'm pretty sure that's the preverbial BS.. I can get 90kwh charging from a 150kwh charger when the weather is warmer, but after 45mins driving through town at 1c only managed 35kwh max , and 25kwh the day before after id stopped for an hour..there's no way the battery is being heated.
Not sure whether this is helpful, but I have the mobile ohme unit on a commando socket. I plug in at work and charge. I noticed that it was only charging at 6 kwh after ramping up to 7 when starting. As you have to put the model of car you have into the app, I thought I'd change it as my wife...
