Not had a reply from the dealer yet but that's not unusual never used to get many updates at all unless I contacted them. The Kia I am getting is not new it's a 21 plate so no issues at all

After what seems like an eternity of waiting and push backs I have finally had enough and threw in the towel and cancelled my order on a plus I pick up a Kia on Saturday. Good luck to you all and I hope you get your car's soon

I agree, ordered my Zs in October and have been told September the same bland message everyone seems to be getting, there must be something going on either that or they have booked Noah's Ark to deliver all these September Deliveries

Just heard from my dealer, my Car that was ordered in October now put back till September absolute Joke

Wow just looked at the order tracker and my dealer is playing a blinder two cars delivered that's right two cars obviously they aren't a big player in this game 🙈

I would like to kn I would like to know what the requirements are for being a good dealer? I have ordered from what I thought was a good dealer, however I have only been updated once since October I have had to do the leg work

Totally agree, it also seems that when you contact MG UK like I did you seem to get a standard reply of you car is on hold back and has not been built irrespective of date you ordered. Also how about this for a conspiracy theory, I ordered my car in October when it was at 0% APR and I got a good...

My issue, is not the fact that there seems to be a global shortage of semiconductor chips etc, it's the way MG UK and the dealership's have treated customers like mushrooms throughout,well my dealership anyway. It also speaks volumes for MGs customer services that we are all on this forum...

Let's be honest no one has a clue what's happening, the dealerships lurch from one excuse to another then mix them up. I won't believe anything they say till the car is outside my house and I have the keys

Totally agree I don't trust anything that MG and their Dealers say unfortunately
