The battery heater pulls about 4kw so if you're driving, it'll be less efficient but shouldn't be noticeable since you'll be charging soon anyway.

Go to battery, then there should be "battery heater always on". Just tap that and it will turn on the battery heater to get it to optimal temperature.

This is the one I use. I must admit, only used it with the car on. I never left it in just incase it drains the 12V too much.

Did you try what I said before? Just make a call and it should come back on. Mine did the same today after I was finished public charging. I quickly made a call to voicemail and the music was fine again.

I've found that if you call somebody and disconnect the call. The music should start playing.

I've had abit of bother with podpoint chargers not communicating with the car. I just kept confirming the charge on the app and it finally took. Its only happened twice on the 7kw but never on the CCS.

It would be nice to have the regen for the ACC. I know from a video I watched of the new MG 5, that has regen when using the ACC. I've kinda just trained myself to use ACC when I know I wont get any regen, then just go back to manual driving for abit of regen.

There really isn't a right and wrong way of charging. Just charge when you need to and find the most economical way of charging.

Yeah. Luckily the charger I use is next to the gym. So I just kept checking the MG app to see if it was charging. Eventually it began charging. Its happened maybe twice to me, both with 7kw.

I've had this happen a few times. All I had to do was just activate the charge via the app a good few times before it took.

I never had this problem in my Corsa, only the MG. I'll wait to see what support have to say about it.

Unfortunately, enabling passthrough only made the issue worse 😔. I've emailed support to see if they can get to the bottom of this.
