Doesn't the Trophy now come with the "Connect" items, where it used to be a separate cost option. I guess the lack of price reduction is part of this upgrade (as some would see it). Not that it compensates for those who wanted the pano roof

I would have called their Bluff, would cost them more than £350 to pay for someone to come and remove it, then they have a 2nd hand unit to deal with.

Just counter charge them £1000 rental for storage of their equipment. Then they can come and de-install it, but charge them for any damage, or signs it was ever there. I would not be paying for it, that is for sure.
