Plug your USB drive into your PC Open Windows Explorer and select the This PC option on the left You can see your USB drive listed in the window on the right ... it should tell you how much is free space of the total capacity of the drive, like below:

A light right foot (slow acceleration) and lower maximum speed (even 65 rather than 70, 60 is even better*) will do far more than selecting ECO drive mode. Also regen level 1 when on the motorway will give more of a coasting effect - yes you'll limit regen, but the amount regen slows you down...

That's so small as to be worthless ... I assume the new MG3 must be a mild hybrid then, and the ICE engine does the donkey work. (i.e. you get virtually no electric-only driving).

Just leave it on your house charger ... that's an AC power source, and that's all that's needed. (Just make sure that there are no schedules set, and that your house charge point won't automatically turn off once 100% is reached - it needs to turn off when the car tells it that charging is...

Looking at the specs I was surprised at the size of the electric motor ... 100kW. I can't (easily) see any details re. size of the hybrid battery though.

And once every 3-6 months try to take it down below 10%, leave it for a few hours* (if you can) then charge it up to 100% and leave it to complete/balance. This helps the BMS recalibrate the discharge/charge curve of the battery pack. * I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I've seen it...

I bow to your empirical data. :) Fair comment - albeit both myself and @fnegroni have SE SR so only single phase anyway. And only the MY22/Phase 1 SE LR came with 3-phase chargers - MY23 versions don't. :)

FYI the charger on the SE is rated to 6.6kW so you'll never get any more than that. I concur re. 87% efficiency for a 7kW wall box/EVSE ... (I've seen as high as 94%). For a granny I'd expect nearer 80% efficiency. (I tend to see about 1.85kW into the car per the app - back when it used to show...
