I charge to 100% every time I come home and allow it to balance every time via a Granny whether I need it or not and after 18 months and 28k plus my battery is still 100% SOH.
Beggars belief that you think you can drive around for free and complain when the free chargers are not available ? Internet connection would have been available everywhere given the locations you described so there are literally hundreds of charging options albeit paid for options.
If you keep turning the heater control knob you get increments of hot or cold. If you only stay on the first blob thats the hottest setting. Keep turning the heater control knob. You have to turn it a lot for the increments to change.
