Front windows too?

AliExpres, loads of accessories, been buying from there for years and customer service is really good. They step in should you have a dispute or non delivery and always refund. MG branded accessories are generally expensive for what they are.

Don’t hold your breath waiting on a reply from MG! But the windows are definitely not tinted. Hundreds of ZS models on our roads with the front windows tinted too. Its a common theme on FB groups.

The front windows have no tint on them so you can get them tinted within the legal requirements. I didn’t go for darkest shade in the rear, just dark enough to not be able to see in properly. Ah, they must be different to the previous Brio ones I saw in my local Lidl as I took a set out the box and they didn’t have the T-bolt grooves. Need to make sure you can get T-bolts to fit as they are different sizes.

Only thing about the Lidl bars is that they don’t come with T bolt grooves, handy if you want to fit bike carriers or a roof box.

The problem with the cheaper universal bars is that they don’t have a T bolt groove which is really handy for using bike carriers and roof boxes. Driveden sell Farad roof bars that have this feature and they are pretty inexpensive certainly compared to the MG ones.

Globaltint is just a national franchise with lots of independent guys working under their umbrella. Google for reviews of local rep and other companies.

I was £210 for front, rear and sunscreen on windscreen, so all windows, took a good 4 hours with top quality tint imported from USA, very reasonable I’d say b

Front windows really need done as well as the rear to avoid the difference in contrast. Doesn’t cost much extra either.
