Do you have an electric oven, with an associated plug socket? If you do that is a fairly good socket to use, they are usually (but not always) on a 32A or 40A line from the consumer unit

Has anything changed? different socket, plugged in longer? The granny charger does take 13A the so socket and plug are maxed out for hours. But yes I'd get it checked out, but in the mean time plug it in as close to the main board as possible, NO extension leads

I assume it's the same as mine, ZS it cuts off every 5 minutes. If you leave the 'engine' on, it throws out any data you're collecting for distance/speed etc. You'd have thought that as you are charging, so can't possibly get a flat battery, and are likely to be sitting in the car that the 5...

OK, on zapmap it looks like the one close to that Tesco is ESB energy at 28p BUT Aldi has a free 22kw charger on Swarco. If that helps, but it also looks as if it NOT 22kw

Yes, I had a look at a couple of Tescos, 28p Kwh for 50Kw charger, free for a 7kw seems to be normal. But he couldn't rely on just free charging at Tesco, ours only let you park for 2 1/2 hours and from what he said that wouldn't be enough daily charge

Yes, there are different costs AND charging speeds, which Tesco is it?
