In my job I've been to numerous car crashes. I've seen cars with minimal damage with the air bags deployed. I've also seen cars in a worse state than yours with no deployment. As others have said, they go off depending on feedback from the sensors. Best to get them checked if you're concerned...
Incredible. My wife also has an mg5 and she's been getting over 4. I still can't get over 3.5! We're going to do an identical drive to check the difference in consumption 😬
Yes I ordered the Aldi bars but ended up returning them.
They were a pain to adjust as you couldn't see the bolt to fit the allen key.
I've now got some 140cm Summit ones from Amazon which are much better. I can find the link if needed
Yeah I think there's a fault with mine. It never goes above 3.5 but I got 170 miles out if it recently so the maths doesn't add up.
My wife is having hers delivered next Monday so I'll compare them dude by side when we can
My right foot has played a small part but the way I drive seems to make no difference. It varies between 2.7 and 3.1 no matter how I drive it. Will try a balancing charge to see if that resolves it 👍
This is the rest of the mileage I've done. Mostly in normal or sport mode with a heavy right foot. There's barely any change in the efficiency. I can't believe the system is working correctly...
I only ever get 3 kWh or maybe 3.1. That's driving gently on longer journeys and short journeys. I've only had the car a couple of weeks though so i think the battery needs time to bed in?
