You can use a 3 phase cable for single phase (I do) but two internal cables/pins are not in use on current models. Its heavier and cost more. The only advantage is future proofing- if you getting another car in the future that supports 3 phase.
Depends if the tinter wants to spend £150 to buy the equipment to test if windows are tinted. And when most of the time front windows and windscreen is fully tinted to max from factory, the tinter might think its a waste of money....
If you plug your ZS into a 3phase 22kw charger, the car can only pull 7kw off one of the phases. The only benefit of a 3phase cable is if your using it for another/future car that has 3phase.
Always go for the 32amp lead. Unless there is a special reason for the 16amp lead (like given a free cable).
Three phase isnt needed for ZS and is heavy but good future proofing or if you got another car that can do three phase charging.
