I think Samsung alter the Android operating system. I've had trouble with Samsung phones not loading some apps which will work on older Motorola phones.
You wrote above that you cannot even enter the country code. That implies a fundamental error.
I can't tell what car you have. Can you see if there is a signal strength meter in the top right of the Home screen? This would show the e-sim is working.
Is the time shown by the Home screen the same...
Have you ever succeeded in signing on to iSmart or are you trying to set up an account?
If it's a new account, have you tried using your phone number?
