    Tried that, doesn't work, shows correct miles but display says km, probably a screen format thing. Also Digital key function returns an error. Don't use it though so no issue.

    Just had another update to the app. It now works but display shows range in KM and not miles even though settings are shown as imperial. Oh well can't have it all I suppose.

    I have just been forced to update the ismart app to v2. Not given any option to ignore. The new app just crashes when I try to open it now. Ironic as the update was to fix bugs. Now it doesn't work at all. Very frustrating and typical of MG. MG ZS EV 2022, samsung s23 phone.

    True the house must be left in a safe condition. Unfortunately light bulbs can be taken as they are movables and not fixtures.

    You are bound by the Standard Conditions of Sale that will be used when your Solicitor draws up the contract with your buyer. You have to leave all fixtures and fittings unless items are specifically excluded in the contract.
