Hi and welcome to the forum.
There are a number of threads on Tesla Superchargers and various update threads.
I am not sure that you can find all the software version on all the computers in the car.
Hopefully you had all the updates done on PDI
Strange that they were the same price.
The 1st is a visual but the second they do a bit more.
Third is similar to a 1st.
If you use the search bar you mmay find a ist of what us carried out during a ZS service.
I have my Zappi set as pictured.
My house battery is set to charge between 2330-0530. The only issue I have is if the slot given are before 2330. I generally only plug in after 1700.
I have had this four times on my MG5. The buzzing is due to it being stuck on AM.
Contact your dealer. You could disconnect the 12V battery but the fault will come back.
I have just done 50k miles in my '21 MG5 Excite SR. Traveled up to the Inner Hebrides from Southampton last year. No issues, you just need a CPS RFID card.
I don't think this get sorted by doing a battery balance and to be told it takes 12 hours.....
Try disconnecting the 12V battery for 20 minutes. Like turning it off and on again.
Once reconnected drive it a bit to let it sort itself out.
Hi, the public EVSE you used are they AC type2 or DC CCS?
Is the 'granny' the original MG one that came with the car?
Was it a MG dealer you purchased it from?
You only pay for the power going into car (plus heat losses) so you are not getting ripped off.
If you rapid DC charge a lot then make sure you use an AC type2 EVSE (charge point) once a month to battery balance.
Once the battery gets to 100% leave it connected to balance the battery cells.
Once a month just charge it in fast mode.
Also reset the trip counters as they are used to calculate the GOM.
