I have a 21 SR and when on pod point chargers and the granny charger when I unlock the car charging stops then restarts after a short time maybe 1 minute or more depending on the charger or car.

This has happened once to me when slowing for a junction hit a pot hole did feel like acceleration and is off putting. Read this answer before on another question about this and it explains sensation of hiting lose surface or a pot hole when regen breaking

I guess you have tried a different socket at home or a different lead, also if your house is running at 210 volts it may cause a low voltage issue or a high voltage issue that the car is recognising as a fault and stops the charge, if you now someone with a ev ask them to plug in at your house...

So no real answer to the low volume issue, if anyone has one please can you post it as I have same problem, however volume was working fine and then just stopped so now it's so low now hard to hear. even more confusing
