If you power up the car the main battery will start charging the 12v battery, hence the 14v. You must check using the app or a voltmeter with car powered down.
I also have noticed that my Trophy's charge does not drop immediately but that may be because I live on a hill and thus regen is active. But, of course, we do not know what the software considers a 1% drop. Is it rounded down or up? Is it Integer values only? More information would be useful.

I have the MG4 so cannot be relied upon for appropriate information but have you tried locking the car via the iSmart App? Does this event happen with both keys? Have you changed the Key Battery?
