It may help you to upgrade your number plate bulbs to led too. Makes a massive difference to what you can see on the ground in my other car albeit quite close but may assist your situ 👍

Mine were too low in general. The led units twist in the holder, alignment may be your issue also. I Altered the low beam upwards using my garage door and it seemed to bring down the high beam from the trees. Hope that helps

When I changed my bulbs they were in mine too

I have applied rainx recently. Ran the demist with full heat throughout application. Applied three thick coats with blower still active then buffed with a clean micro cloth. It’s not irradiated the problem but it’s about 90% better. For a few quid may be worth a try for everyone.
