Are you in a facelift ZS or MG5? The app only works here with those models.

The part I've bolded seems to be most people's frustration... Yep, there are delays with other manufacturers - we get it. But those others are doing a much better job of keeping their customer base informed than MG is. Good news is a ship came in around 20th April, which did have MGs on it - so...

If MG are going to ensure the cars are not allocated/delivered until then, there's little the customer can do about it no matter their preference.

I wouldn't be surprised if that September 1st date is linked to this...

Looks like there were a few ZS EV mk2, but no facelift 5 - I would've liked so information on that one.

Are lamppost chargers something that is an option for you locally? They're quite common in certain parts of London, and some borough websites have a section for EV owners to let them know where installations are needed.

This isn't unusual - without the chip/shipping lag I doubt anyone would notice.

I didn't think they'd opened the grid for UK, but have you tried downloading the Tesla app, registering and seeing if that makes a difference? Pat is not in UK, but that aside he's using Tesla app and charging his MG

I'm used to having a low level warning on washer fluid and the oil too as a basic function. It's not as if my cars are new either...better part of 15 years old. It's handy functionality in case I should forget, and not something I would've expected a modern car to be without :unsure:
