If you start feeding a transceiver into the entertainment radio receiver antenna then that isn't going to go very well. I would suggest keeping things separate and using one of the many available stick-inside-a-rear-side-window antennas.
Ah, OK. I wouldn't tinker with the existing one for the SOS system as you won't be able to have two units connected to the one antenna.
There are a number of different types of suitable external antenna for use on a vehicle, depending on whether you want to drill a hole in the bodywork or not.
Beyond those rules posted for the parking space and/or those imposed by the charger provider there are none So, whilst staying polite and considerate one should largely disregard any the self-appointed charger wardens/protocol police might decide to air.
