Interesting- I tried like hell to get MG to accept fault but they would not. HV failures and battery capacity. Their diagnostics are really bad. AA and this forum know more about MGs than MG.

The AA are excellent- my zs ev has had this fault countless times. AA fix each time and mg say nothing wrong. I now avoid motorways because this happened to my son on a smart motorway. Very dangerous.

MG need to work out how to put an interlock on the charging connector. They tell me that charge port un locks when you unlock the car because it stop people driving off with the cable attached. Stupid logic - then connector is still in the hole!

Mine failed in 1st year. MG said not covered by warranty.

Raise it with MG. My 2020 44.5 KWh car will only achieve a max charge speed of 32kw. Max rated is 76kw. MG replied they don’t Guarantee charge speed and have since ignored the issue. My guess is they have dialed it back in an update - car is now useless for road trips.
