Hi Keith, I appreciate that it's a nuisance to screw on a short valve stem extender temporarily before measuring and topping up tyre pressures, and removing it afterwards, but that's what I do if I don't like the look of the pressures displayed by the TPMS .

The images show the 12v battery to be nearly "empty" which might be a clue. I'd be tempted to put a little juice from a friendly motorist into the 12v battery via the terminals using jump leads which I now intend to carry in the car!

I've been sold a Zappi 2 7Kw tethered charger which has a programmer within to enable the start and finish times to be set IIRC. Heck of a price though! Not yet tested.
