I don’t think any of the UK spec MGs support three phase charging so a single phase cable is all you need - even for a 3 phase enabled charger.

The HS PHEV has a 14.9 kWh usable battery, time quoted to charge to 100% on a 7kWh charger is 4.5 hours. That only works out at 3.3kW per hour charging speed - which is confusing as I thought it would support 6.6kWh similar to MG EV 🤷‍♂️

I think the limitation is the car rather than what the charger can provide.

This video is talking about it changing rather than ending as such - but sounds like it's more focused for landlords and building owners - and they do mention the scheme is ending for home owners (as far as I remember)

Lots of EVs can tow - I guess the issue is how quickly that kills the battery and range though. It'll improve as battery density improves no doubt. When though? Who knows...

Your profile says that you have a HS EV with a 50kg roof limit? So you’re gonna be limited to the maximum roof rating of your car irrespective of the rating of the bars? But, if you didn’t get what you paid for, then guess it’s better to contact seller 👍

Yep - this MG Price List shows 75kg for ZS, 35kg for MG5 Standard Range & 50kg for HS - with MG5 Long Range having 75kg now too.
