Have you tried fully closing the app/force stop the app?
Clearing the cache on the app, or uninstall/reinstall?
Have you checked you have the latest version of the app?
One thing I noticed following an app update was that the car needed to be powered on the first time logging in after an app update.
It does that, came up for me yesterday. Make sure you've ticked the terms and conditions box at the bottom of the login screen, otherwise the login button is greyed out.
Weather will effect range of an EV. Batteries don't like cold weather, plus use of heater, etc will have an effect. I have an MG4 long range, and currently getting about 200-220 miles at this time of year. Was getting closer to 300 miles in the summer.
Looks like the layers of the windscreen aren't sealed properly, and you're getting water ingress.

I have no charger at home. I charge on 7 and 22 kW chargers where I work. I have successfully balanced charged. I would have had a "run balance charge" warning by now if it hadn't. Only difference is I have an MG4 not a ZS. You should be able to balance charge on an AC public charger.

NCM batteries have greater density than LFP, so you can get a NCM with higher capacity into the same size physical space as an LFP battery. That's why the NCM is used for the higher range versions.
Try clearing the app cache for the iSmart app, you'll probably have to bind it again to the car after that. See if that makes a difference. To do that, click and hold on the iSmart app, then select App info when the menu appears. One of the options at the bottom of the screen should be clear...
