Has anyone used Vic's service facilities? Just received an email from them prompting me to arrange a service (although not due until mid November). Thanks for any info.

Did they do any software updates (e.g.BMS, Infotainment)?

I had to ask for an AA card whilst at the dealership. However, you have the membership having bought the car new. Lasts for 12 months and is extended if you have the car serviced at a dealership. You won't get anything from AA (as far as I am aware).
