    That’s the main reason why I bought a basic simple charger which is totally independent and more importantly it didn’t cost me £1000 and works fine on scheduled charging which the car provides.happy days.🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Yes I paid less than £300 for my charger wired it up myself(I’m a retired electrical engineer) and it works perfectly fine with octopus go the car , MG4se. ,does it’s own scheduled charging on 9 p perish happy days.saved myself £700 on the install

    You must make sure you switch of the car with the door button ,I forgot one afternoon in the morning the 12volt battery wouldn’t even open the door it was that flat,so I had to get the A.A ' in lesson learned if it helps

    Yes Susanna but the running lights were on the rear lights the ignition both screens so it wasn’t just an interior light,as I discovered it was everything because on the MG4 locking and unloccking switches it all on and off, so if you forget because I wasn’t aware of it at the time it soon...

    I stupidly left my MG4 se in the garage without locking it overnight ,in the morning guess what totally flat auxiliary battery,i had only had it for just a week it didn’t even have enough power to open the doors,It must lock the doors itself.I rang Eden’s they told me contact the AA they sorted...
