I'm thinking it's just needing a decent balance.
4.166V*108cells would give 449.93V. Could be it's reaching its cut off point, and hasn't started balancing properly yet. There may be enough low cells to drag the overall voltage down, but enough full cells to trigger the end of charging.
Most of my charging so far has been on rapids. Only had one or two charges on 7kW, and not all of those were long enough to get to balancing. 0.014V variance is well within tolerance.
The voltage discharge curve on a lipo battery is relatively flat for most of the central part. The extreme ends of the curve are more like sheer drops.
