Your dealer should be addressing this urgently. It sounds like an electrical grounding issue. There has been a recall issued for the HS EV+ for this and i wonder if that is what is happenning to your ZS.

I think both are correct . But the HV battery charging the 12 V does not save you from a bad 12V battery .

I didnt think that Australia has the infrastructure to support a long range EV, so we got the PHEV instead. Perhaps in about 5-10 years we will. Nevertheless the ZS EV is a nice (but expensive) second car for the city runs.
