Short answer, No. The pins in the cables are to short to make contact with the other end.

I have a EO Mini Pro installed. Was repaired by EO due to a burnt out component in September 2023, installed on November 2020 so just inside the 3 year warranty. But, more to the point the software, app still controls the schedule charge.

All updates may have been done, but they have to be done in a certain order. On our MK1 we had the comfort 2 installed but not the updated EVCC. They installed that at my request, which 'broke' some of the comfort 2 settings because it was not installed in the correct order.

I purchased our ZS from Basildon. I would not go back for the service after they really muck up a software install. Try what @MG steve said above, disconnecting the 12v battery for a while. If that does not fix it, try Perkins of Rayne. Took it there for 3 services and 1 mot before we sold it.

Try the manual release. It might be stuck on open

It may be that you are using the wrong usb port. UK cars it was the right hand one, try both. Also, try a 'proper' cable some do not like the after market ones

Look at the bulkhead, left hand side. Take a touch, get someone to push the button for you

Also, the WLTP range is only in Eco mode. Normally drops 10-15 miles for each mode change

We are getting about 120miles on a full charge. November 2020 Exclusive. What is your full charge reading. Is the battery balanced. How do you charge. All have bearings on the range.

After 2 months you just needed to charge it. Can you not takd it back for a full refund as it is not fit for purpose.
