No experience of buying from this dealer, but when I asked for a service plan quote to be emailed I end up getting a phone call from head office instead, which I ignore because I find it too pressurised.
This one seems to be better at customer service and after care too - I messaged through the website to request a service plan quote, told them I'm low mileage, they then emailed me the appropriate quote as requested. Other dealers have either ignored my request or tried to phone me instead, when...
Requested a service plan quote, very swift response but it wasn't the low mileage option. When I asked about that they said they couldn't provide the low mileage option, but had included a 10% dealer discount instead.

I don't have any EV experience here, but I bought an MG3 from them a few years back. Nice relaxed process throughout, long standing family business with enthusiastic knowledge of the cars, which made a nice change from the corporate approach.
